Food was better a few years ago but still pretty good now. The service is now worse than before. The only time you get a little civility is when you get the bill and give the tip. The servers act like you are ruining their day when you ask for something. They're always hawking over you to make sure the moment you finish your food you get the check. Not worth it to sit in.

The noodles are amazing. I MEAN AMAZING. The duck is delicious and the noodles are soft and warm. I love how they supply us with hot oil. The spring rolls were decent. But the one thing I hate about this restaurant, is the service. The waiters and waitresses are nasty, they don't care for you. They have dead end jobs, and they are just really rude. P.S. The tips go to the owners, that's why they don't care about their jobs.~ I just go here for the food lol

The nastiest, rudest service I've had in NY in years. This is the kind of place that gives Asian people, let alone their restaurants a terrible reputation. As soon as I sat down I got harrassed for an order. I asked for a moment to look at the menu. Then I am ignored for 15 minutes while others are served. I tapped the waiter on the arm, and he says wait a minute. Another 10 minutes later and I leave. If you don't want to custom then I certainly don't want to be your customer. Let me save you all the time and energy. Don't even bother going.

I think the categorization is wrong. This place is not Vietnamese but qiaozhou, which is one of the provinces in China. There are shared similarities to Vietnamese food but there are quite a bit of difference in flavors and food options. It's speciality is noodle soup and their duck is definitely one of the juiciest . Good affordable prices for a favorable meal and one of the must eats in Chinatown. Highly recommend .

The ducks here is the bomb. The sauce they have for dipping is also really good. I sometimes buy their pork meatballs and squid meatballs to cook at home.
